Jill Havlicek Buchanan

Since she was a young girl, Jill Havlicek enjoyed team sports and basically participating in anything athletic. With her father being , who was a star of the NBA team The Boston Celtics, and her brother, , who was Olympic bound, it was no wonder Jill had athleticism running through her blood. Jill’s athletic career began at the notable Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts. It was here that Jill was able to shine as a varsity soccer player, basketball player and lacrosse player. During her three-years on the soccer team, Jill helped bring the team countless titles, and was named All-League three separate times. Jill was also named All-League for her basketball team each of her three years on the team.

Following Jill’s years spent at Noble, she followed in her brother’s Chris’s footsteps and headed to the University Virginia. It was at UVA where Jill truly dedicated herself to one sport – lacrosse. Jill was a three-year starter on the team and even captained the team her senior year. The team won the NCAA Division I championship in 1993, and Jill was named All-South Region team in 1995.

Today, Jill is better known as “Mom4Insanity”, as a fitness coach for . On her Team Beach Body site she shares her meal plans, workout programs and fitness goals for many other fitness gurus to follow.

Currently, Jill lives in Jupiter, Florida with her four young boys and husband, , who was a former major league baseball player for the Minnesota Twins and current baseball manager for the Minor League team, the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
